Fat Transfer

Gravity, an indispensable vital element, constantly pulls down all body tissues, causing the tissues to prolapse  over time.
Wrinkles, one of the leading problems of facial aging, can be filled with simple intradermal filling materials (such as hyaluronic acid, collagen), as well as with laser, chemical peeling or dermabrasion abrasion methods, the depth of wrinkles can be reduced and the skin is allowed to renew itself.
In addition to such interventions concerning the skin, interventions to compensate for the loss of tissue under the skin are more preferred in terms of both ease of application and the effect it creates. Fillers can be obtained from the patient’s own fat tissue, as well as externally (synthetic or organic substances). External fillers have the increased risk of infection and the displacement due to gravity. This has made the use of patient’s own fat tissue more popular for this procedure.
With a simple procedure, the fat tissue is taken from any part of the person under local anesthesia with appropriate fine cannulas and injectors which is then injected into the area where the deficiency is felt. At each session about 25-30% of the transferred fat tissue remains in the desired area (rest is re-absorbed by the body) . In a few sessions, a sustainable volume can be achieved which can last a lifetime (can vary person to person). In addition, due to the increase in blood supply under the skin, a noticeable increase in skin moisture is observed.
